Early team members will help establish the systems, standards, culture, workflows, and expectations that future team members will inherit. Applicants should be comfortable working in a developing organization where initiative, reliability, judgment, documentation, and measurable productivity matter. Compensation will be discussed and negotiated based on the role, responsibilities, demonstrated contribution, organizational capacity, and the compensation structure established for the position.
